My good friend Shelley had her twins last week. Jace and Jenna came a month early but are healthy and well. Darrell and I went over to see them, hold them and let them poop on us. Shelley is doing great and has that new mother glow. I am so excited to watch these two grow up. I may or may not steal one when she's not looking.
About a year and a half ago, Shelley was wondering if she would have a husband before she was thirty. She was baby hungry and discontent. Now she has a wonderful husband, three stepchildren, and new born twins! I take it as a lesson that we never know what's around the corner, and the things we wish for may be closer than we think.
